b'} 2026 OPEN ENROLLMENT }The 2026 Open Enrollment Period for health insurance will run from October 131, 2025. During this period, annuitants can enroll, add a dependent, or change a health insurance plan or carrier. The 2026 Open Enrollment Handbooks, Webinars, and presentation materials will be posted online at ctpf.org/open-enrollment.PREMIUM SUBSIDY & CONTINUATION OF COVERAGEThe CTPF health insurance subsidy is set annually and will be 60% for 2026. All Plans offered in 2025 will be offered in 2026. If you currently have coverage under a CTPF plan, you do not need to take any action to stay enrolled. EXPRESS SCRIPTS (ESI) PLAN CHANGES FOR 2026 (excluding Humana HMO)Express Scripts copayments are increasing by $5 for generic and $15 for brand and specialty drugs, on January 1, 2026. The increase is the first since 2015. Members taking a brand or specialty medications will now have a $200 annual deductible. These measures have reduced premiums overall and allowed CTPF to maintain the 60% subsidy for 2026. OPEN ENROLLMENT & VENDOR EDUCATIONCTPF will offer educational programs in-person, as well as webinars and audio only options, this fall. Counseling appointments with Member Services counselors are also available in person, by phone, or videoconference. Webinars and audio presentations will be held on October 1-2, 2025, and an In-person Seminar and Vendor Fair will be offered at the Hilton Oak Lawn on October 7, 2025.
