for two Teacher Trustees to serve three-year 
terms from November 2026 – November 2029. 
Nomination packets are available from April 1 – 
September 15, 2026.
The next Pensioner Trustee election will be held in 2027. Find

TOWN HALL WEBINARS 
CTPF offers Town Hall webinars which share up-to-date information about the Fund and its operations. 
The webinars last about 40 minutes and require registration in advance. The January 29, 2026, webinar

Jacquelyn Price Ward, President of the Chicago Teachers’ Pension Fund (CTPF) 
Board of Trustees, has been named a 2026 Chicago Defender Women of Excellence 
honoree. The recognition highlights African American women whose leadership and 
service have made a lasting impact in their communities. 
“President Price Ward exemplifies integrity, service, and commitment to the 
educators of Chicago. This honor recognizes her accomplishments, as well as her 
steady leadership and deep sense of responsibility to our members and the 
communities they serve,” said Carlton W. Lenoir, Sr., CTPF Executive Director. 
In her role, Price Ward helps steward the Fund’s assets ensuring the retirement 
security of CTPF’s more than 98,000 members. A special education teacher at Bond 
Elementary School, she has served Chicago Public Schools for more than 30 years 
and has held leadership roles with the Chicago Teachers Union, the Illinois 
Federation of Teachers, and the National Council on Teacher Retirement.

CTPF Change of Address (Form 107) and Direct 
Deposit (Form 425) are available through the 
myCTPF portal or by contacting Member 
Services. Identity will be verified before forms are issued, using 
a CTPF Member ID and additional security questions. Annuitants 
can find their Member ID on a pay advice. Updates to email 
addresses and phone numbers may still be made by phone 
after identity confirmation. For questions about address 
changes, please contact Member Services at 312‑641‑4464.
DESIGNATE YOUR BENEFICIARY 
CTPF members should keep their Designation of Beneficiary (Form 105) current to ensure any available 
death benefit is paid according to their wishes. This notarized form must be updated regularly—at least 
every five years or after major life events—and the original copy must be submitted to CTPF. Find the
