In-Person Attendance
If you plan to attend the meeting in person, email administrativeservices@ctpf.org at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting with your first and last name. CTPF will register your attendance with the building to facilitate entry to the meeting.
Preparing for Your Visit
- Members visiting CTPF must present a valid, government-issued photo ID to the building’s security team before being admitted to the office. Please plan extra time to clear security.
As of December 1, 2023, CTPF does not require proof of vaccination for entry to the office.
A remote attendance option is provided for all public meetings and public participation can be remote.

Mask Policy
CTPF uses the City of Chicago COVID-19 Community level Dashboard to determine mask requirements in the office. CTPF supports the wearing of masks for all individuals while in the office, regardless of the City's risk levels. Check the current dashboard here to determine if masks are required in the office.
- Green - masks may be worn by all individuals, depending on their preference, but are not required.
- Red or Yellow - masks are required for all individuals who enter the office.
