2025 Non-Medicare Updates

News

CTPF has eliminated the UHC Non-Medicare PPO and will offer a single Non-Medicare BCBS PPO plan in 2025. Members who were enrolled in the UHC plan, were automatically enrolled in the new BCBS Non-Medicare PPO effective January 1, 2025, unless they made a different election during Open Enrollment. Most doctors and all hospitals currently covered by UHC accept the BCBS PPO.

All new enrollees should have received a new BCBS health insurance card in mid-December. Your BCBS health insurance card (sample pictured here) is necessary to access care. Please make sure you bring your card to your upcoming medical appointments and update your pharmacy provider with the new information.
