Some Chicago Teachers’ Pension Fund (CTPF) members have reported receiving checks and letters related to the Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) class action settlement. 

This settlement is part of a court‑approved legal process affecting individuals who were enrolled in certain BCBS health plans in prior years. The claims process and any payments are being administered by the administrator, not CTPF.
