CTPF Calling Members Who Have Not Yet Returned Address Verification Forms

News

The Chicago Teachers' Pension Fund (CTPF) is contacting individuals who received an Address Verification Form and have not yet responded. Members who receive an automated call on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, can be assured that it is a legitimate communication from CTPF. The automated reminder message is part of CTPF's ongoing effort to maintain accurate member records and ensure uninterrupted delivery of pension and health insurance benefits.

Address Verification Forms are mailed periodically to members. The first group of letters were mailed to select individuals in April 2026. If you received a form in April or May, it was due back to CTPF on June 30, 2026. If you missed this deadline, letters must be completed, signed, notarized, and returned to CTPF no later than August 1, 2026. Failure to return the required documentation by the deadline will result in the suspension of pension and health insurance benefits beginning September 1, 2026. Benefits will be restored once the required documentation is received and processed.

Individuals who have already submitted their completed form may disregard the reminder call. If you have questions, please contact CTPF Member Services at 312-641-4464 or email memberservices@ctpf.org
