All Board of Trustees meeting materials can now be accessed via Diligent Community Meeting Management system, which offers enhanced user experience. All meeting materials that were previously available on BoardDocs have been transitioned to the new system.  

To navigate Diligent Community, meetings scheduled from November 20, 2025, will appear in their respective sections under the Meetings tab on the home page. Meetings held between 2018 and November 4, 2025, can be found in the right-hand panel under Recent Meetings. Additionally, you can use the search bar at the top of the page to locate all meetings. 

Meeting agendas, recordings, and minutes for all Board of Trustees meetings will continue to be available on the Board of Trustees Meeting Materials and Video webpage.
