Webinars and audio presentations will be held on October 1-2, 2026, and an in-person Seminar and Vendor Fair will be offered next week at the Hilton Oak Lawn (9333 S. Cicero Ave., Oak Lawn, IL, 60453) on Tuesday, October 6, 2026. Plan vendors will be available to answer questions and provide plan information at this seminar.

Vendor Education Week

Counseling Appointments
Counseling appointments with Member Services counselors are also available in person, by phone, or videoconference. Walk-in appointments are not accepted.
