CTPF will be hosting a vendor fair on Thursday, October 12, 2023, on the third floor of our office building (425 S. Financial Place). Members who have specific questions about coverage offerings for CTPF carriers are welcome to attend. The event will be posted on the CTPF calendar and registration will be required. There will be four separate sessions for members to choose from. Session attendance will be limited, therefore CTPF requests that members limit their number of guests to maximize member capacity. Members will only be admitted during the time they are registered.

Session timeframes:  

• 9:00 - 10:30 a.m. 
• 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. 
• 1:30 – 3:00 p.m. 
• 3:30 – 5:00 p.m.

Identification, proof of COVID-19 vaccination and a health screening form are required upon entry. Please plan extra time to clear security. For information about visiting the CTPF office, please visit ctpf.org/office-information.     

Parking for the event is available in the building at a discounted rate of $18. Discounted valet parking is also available for $15 across the street at 425 S Wells Street. See a CTPF staff member upon arrival on the third floor, for the discount parking validation materials. 

2023 Trustee Election

CTPF will provide a designated area for campaign activities to accommodate individuals running for CTPF Board of Trustee positions. Campaigning will only be allowed within the designated area on the third floor of 425 S. Financial Place, Chicago, from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Candidates should email elections@ctpf.org in advance to register.
